Solid Sheesham furniture is heavy, authentic timber that requires specialized handling. Every order dispatched from our Jaipur workshop undergoes a 5-layer protective packing protocol:

1. Soft Foam Wrap: High-density EPE foam cushioning over polished wooden surfaces to prevent lacquer friction.
2. Corner Guard Buffers: Heavy reinforced edge protectors on all 90-degree corners.
3. Bubble Armor: Heavy-gauge water-resistant bubble wrap shielding against atmospheric moisture.
4. 7-Ply Corrugated Shell: Thick industrial corrugated outer casing.
5. Wooden Crate Encapsulation: Carved mandirs, glass consoles, and swings are packed inside rigid timber crates for 100% transit safety.

3. Return & Refund Timelines (Zero Dark Patterns)

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we adhere to straightforward, transparent refund timelines without arbitrary cancellation deductions:

• Manufacturing Defect or Non-Conformance: If the product received significantly differs from approved dimensions or has a structural defect, you are entitled to a 100% full refund or free replacement.
• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Standard catalog orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch with a full refund processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Bespoke / Custom Size Orders: Once raw solid timber planks are custom-sawn to your unique architectural dimensions and finish, cancellations post kiln-cure are subject solely to actual unrecoverable labor costs.
• Refund Method: Refunds are credited directly to your bank account or UPI source within 5–7 banking days under RBI settlement guidelines.
